TEDx Zagreb
At the end of this summer I was invited by the organizers of TEDx Zagreb event to join their team as web editor and social media strategist… I’ve jumped into the project and at the beginning of last week the web site was launched… The site was designed by Andrea Knapic from Zagreb.
The main idea behind it was to create fully ‘designed’ web site intended for video viewers (cuz that’s TED‘s original idea), but to subtle implement all elements of Web 2.0 making the site at the same time looking cool without unnecessary widgets and toyz. The functionality was set as prior to all elements of the site…
I have worked during my carrier with lots of Content Management Software, but this was my first experience with Umbraco CMS. Navigating through web publishing software is no different then using a cell phone… you simply need several hours of work to make it through…
Anyway, the first TEDx Zagreb conference will be held in November, and there are few dayz left for nominations… nominate yourself or nominate somebody else… so, go for it…
