Body cinema: straitjacket ‘butoh’ dance/ by tikul

While I blogged about ‘barbwired‘ project I have stumbled on video… more like a sketch by Vimeo user tikul. I’m hoping that tikul won’t be angry on me because I’m posting now ‘straitjacket ‘butoh’ dance/’ video here…

I just want to point out and underline, something I’m doing very often  on my workshops to artists, dancers, choreographers; the importance of sharing their working processes… it’s the easiest way to promote your work and grab some attention to what you do…

I don’t buy fully the story on ‘ideas being stolen’ because most of ‘never seen before’ (what ever it means) artworks, design, choreography and films have already been made… nobody will steal your idea if you share it to the wider audience… not to mention the fact that you will make life less painful to bloggers, journalists and critics who simply need some stuff about you approachable in few clicks and by google-ing in few seconds or minutes…
