My Slavic soul simply couldn’t resist not to post a gallery of images with crocheted artworks by amazing Polish artist Agata Olek. I’ve found Agata’s works thanks to New York based designer, photographer and blogger See Ming Lee aka SML…
SML has made a great blog post on Agata’s 100% Acrylic Art Guards at 13th Annual DUMBO Art Under the Bridge Festival during October in New York City… Don’t miss it! …and don’t you dare to miss his coverage of Diane Eng’s Fairytale Fashion Collection Debut at Eyebeam in February…

For short dance film ‘Footwork’ or ‘Down Under’ dancer and choreographer Ivana Kalc was awarded back in 2006 at Debutnale Festival in Linz… and what is also great in her story is the fact that she was involved as performer in Kobakant’s project Perfect Human premiered in 2008 during Ars Electronica…

A short 3D film about Tango and a passionate couple of dancers entitled En Tus Brazos (In Your Arms), directed by François-Xavier Goby, Edouard Jouret and Matthieu Landour in Spanish-French coo-production to warm our frozen limbs as well as for speeding up blood in our veins in this marble cold evening…

Here are three very interesting illustrations by designer Samantha Patricia Loman on human body. One is based on data visualization, the second on sewing patterns and the third is obviously inspired by GPS and iPhone applications… absolutely great concept of graphic body seeing…

Thanks to the fact that I’m following Icelandic composer Olafur Arnalds on Facebook I got the link to 26 minute BBC footage of Wayne McGregor’s choreography ‘Dyad 1909 (In The Spirit Of Diaghilev)’ from 2009… I like them both, McGregor and Arnalds…
