I hope you are all in one  piece after learning all defense and attack strategies in Basics of Capoeira, part I lessons…  we are moving to more art(ish) fields now…

It’s time to move on with the second part of Capoeira classes, and beside movements, you have to learn how to play several instruments – berimbau, atabaque and tambourine…
